Baking Memories for Kids
The staff at Baking Memories for Kids takes tremendous pride when shipping our products to you.
Every order is handled with extreme care so that it arrives in perfect condition. Each order is handwrapped
and then gently placed in one of our signature containers.
All perishable items are shipped via USPS.
Shipping charges are based on total shipping weight and destination zip code.
Shipments are only made within the contiguous United States.
Refunds cannot be given for shipments once it leaves our facility for the following reasons:
C An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
C Delays caused during major holidays
C Weather related delivery issues
C Problems beyond our control
C Orders which have become unusable due to failure to follow instructions marked
on the packaging by the recipient
All packages shipped USPS are designated with a “shippers release” so that a signature is not
required for delivery. However, it is up to the discretion of the USPS delivery person whether to
leave the package or not. Thus, we highly recommend that someone be available to accept the
shipment, particularly if the shipping location is an apartment complex or office building.
We cannot be held responsible for packages left at an address when someone is out of town. Please
make sure the recipient will be home before submitting an order.
We cannot be held responsible for packages that arrive late, cannot be delivered due to a signature
requirements, or do not arrive at all to Schools, Colleges, or Universities due to addresses that are
not deliverable by USPS. Many schools have a Post Office mailing address for students to which
USPS cannot deliver to. We recommend calling the school ahead of time to obtain a correct
shipping address of the student prior to placing your order.

Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, they are shipped priority mail via USPS.
We do our best to ensure that your products are delivered on time, but cannot guarantee delivery for
orders shipping to PO boxes, APOs, and internationally, or those shipping via ground method.
Please note that sometimes, adverse conditions like weather and local events may delay your

expecting. We do apologize, but due to FDA regulations with regards to food items, we cannot
accept returns or exchanges of cookies once they have left our facility.
Please do not throw away broken or damaged products and report broken or damaged items to
Baking Memories 4 Kids within ten (10) days of receipt by clicking here. You may be asked to
provide pictures of the damaged item(s) and/or packaging.
Please note that our products may contain trace amounts of nuts or other allergens not listed
in the ingredients. We encourage you to read the ingredient information carefully, and if
you have questions about what a product contains, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our
support team and we’ll be happy to research the information for you.
Orders placed online may not be refunded if the incorrect shipping method was chosen resulting in
early or late delivery, or if there were spelling or grammatical errors in the gift message.
Terms and Conditions:
These purchase terms and conditions (“Purchase Terms and Conditions”) govern your purchase and
use of products available through Baking Memories 4 Kids (“BM4K”) sale pages. By making a
purchase through BM4K, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Thank you for
supporting Baking Memories 4 Kids.
To avoid delays with processing your cookie order, please ensure your billing, shipping, and payment
details are accurately entered into our secure BM4K platform. Please understand that we cannot ship
your cookies until payment has been confirmed.
Once you place your order, BM4K will generate and email you an electronic receipt showing the
items ordered and your order confirmation number. Your order will be shipped by common carrier
or delivered in person.
If your order is to be shipped, BM4K will send you a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking
code so that you can track your order directly with the common carrier.
BM4K may, in its sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your order in certain
circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product you wish to purchase is out of stock
or has been mispriced, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances Baking
Memories 4 Kids deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
