Know a Special Family in Need? Baking Memories 4 Kids may be able to Help.
Baking Memories 4 Kids is currently accepting nominations for families for our 2023/2024 season.
In order to be considered as a qualified applicant. our Cookie Kids must be between the ages of 3 & 18. They must be receiving treatment for a condition that is either considered life threatening or terminal. The child cannot have received or be in the process of receiving any other wish from any other organization. We also request that the family is open to publicity so that we can use their inspiring story to help find more families in the future.
If you know of a child who meets these requirements, we encourage you to please nominate them below. Once the nomination is completed, someone from Baking Memories 4 Kids will be contacting you shortly to go over the information. We ask that you receive permission from the child’s parents prior to completing the form but please do not mention your nomination to the children, the surprise is half the fun.
